Our Story

Born Backstage. Built for Musicians.

Every musician knows the feeling: you're about to walk on stage, you grab your instrument, and it doesn't feel right. The strings feel dead. The finish looks dull. The fretboard is dry. You don't have time to fix it — the show is about to start.

That's exactly the problem Alan Hanna set out to solve.

The Problem Nobody Was Fixing

Alan wasn't a chemist. He wasn't a corporate entrepreneur looking for a gap in the market. He was someone who genuinely loved music and lived close to the world of gigging musicians, touring bands, and the people who keep instruments alive night after night.

And what he kept seeing was the same thing over and over: musicians and techs making do with whatever they had — household cleaners that damaged nitro finishes, bulky bottles that leaked in gear bags, two-step processes that took too long before a show. The products that existed were either too harsh, too inconvenient, or simply not made with a real musician's life in mind.

He knew there had to be a better way.

The Formula That Changed Everything

In 2017, Alan founded STAGEFIX in Argentina with one mission: create professional-grade instrument care that actually works in the real world — not just on a workbench, but backstage, on the road, between sets.

The result was a dual-action, non-abrasive formula unlike anything on the market:

  • Safe on every finish.
  • Leaves a micro-protective layer that resists dirt, sweat, and humidity
  • Doesn't affect tone or resonance — your instrument sounds exactly the same, just cleaner
  • Pen-style applicators that let you clean strings and fretboards without removing a single string — no mess, no spills, no wasted time

No more choosing between convenience and quality. STAGEFIX gives you both.

Trusted by the People Who Demand the Most

When your job is keeping instruments show-ready every single night, you can't afford products that let you down. That's why STAGEFIX quickly earned the trust of touring technicians, professional luthiers, and working musicians across Argentina and beyond.

We're proud to be recommended by the Asociación Argentina de Luthiers (AAL) — the professional association that sets the standard for instrument care and craftsmanship in Argentina. When luthiers — the people who know instruments better than anyone — choose your product, you know you've done something right.

Today, STAGEFIX is used by stage techs and musicians on international tours, in recording studios, at music schools, and in living rooms by players who simply want their instrument to feel and look its best every time they pick it up.

Why We're in the US

Great gear deserves great care — no matter where you are. After years of musicians from around the world asking where they could get STAGEFIX, we brought our products to the United States.

Same professional formula. Same pen applicators. Same commitment to making your instrument look, feel, and sound its best.

Because a clean instrument isn't just about looks.

It plays better. It lasts longer. And it sounds better.

The STAGEFIX Promise

We're not a "shelf product." We're a use it every day product — made for the musicians who take their craft seriously, whether they're playing arenas or bedroom studios.

Everything we make comes back to one simple truth: A clean instrument looks better. Feels better. Sounds better.
